To start liquidation process, we ask you to send balance sheet, income statement, and bank account statements for the current year at first. It may also be necessary to have a general ledger, but it depends on the situation. Your accounting service provider can definitely provide everything you need (with your authorization we can contact the accountant ourselves). Accounting is also necessary during liquidation!
So, don't forget to check with your accounting service provider before starting the process whether they would continue to work with you during the liquidation process or not. Continuing with your current service provider would be the most preferable and economically advantageous in terms of the smoothness and price of the process. However, our certified accountants can certainly provide accounting services ourselves if necessary!
We can also help to order the corresponding auditor service, if it should be necessary due to the requirements and business volume.
Please remember that you can help the entire process by closing any bank accounts that you no longer need before you start the liquidation process. This will help you stay focused during the process!
